Mind management is about training ourselves
to be happy, to be peaceful, to be loving to be
kind to be gentle and to have positive emotions . it is about how not to be
greedy, hoe not to suffer, how not to get uncontrollable anger., how not to
have negative emotions.
develop better discrimination power to be able to know when we should think first and when we have to feel. Some times we need to think and feel and some times we have feel and think later. develop better deciding power. For example if we are not getting the right result that we want , then we need to change some thing to get the right result that we want. understand how our mind works and also how to change the mind in a systematic manner to be able to get the result what we want . its not about changing others behiver so that we can be happy. We always try to change others to make us happy.
Trying to control external circumstances. We all have negative bias that is preventing us to gain success in our life. that’s why first understand. Understing is enough to change us. Mind management is reversing negative bias. avoid bad brain habits. by changing our thoughts we can change ourself. how to prevent avoid and overcome these thinking. that are bad brain hobbits. We don’t choose how to respond to our situations. Do not believe every thing you hear in your mind. when we are going through negativity . be truthful to yourself when you think of any situation you are facing. You will get right answer. We always defend ourselves because of ego. We blame others for what ever wrong happens. We are what we think again and again of us excellence then is not an act but our habitual way of thinking.. so watch your thoughts. Every movement we are choosing. We have the ability to choose which habit to choose. A good habit or a bad habit. Its all about our choices that show what we truly are far more than our abilities but we still keep focusing our abilities but it is much more than what we choose is what helps us to utilize those abilities.
It is possible to change the mind if we change our thoughts.. we have to change our thoughts, our feelings and expressions. Before every action is a thought. If we change our thought, feeling and expression automatically changes. Which results in changing our habits. With the change of habits we can change our character and personality. if you have a desire to fulfill follow them as long as you follow your desire you will achieve them. if we don’t train ourselves to think properly its going to be very hard. We need to train how to think. How to control our emotions and thoughts. Our thinking creates feeling and feeling creates thinking . think and feel to evolve.
Attitude is nothing but similar thought patterns because of repeated thoughts. And these thoughts results in habits and these habits create our personality. If we don’t take care of our thoughts it will endup as a negative attitude and negative habit turning in to negative personality. Self awareness is only there for us human beings. Always think good and think that you can do it. Mindfulness is bringing ones complete attention to the present experience on a moment to moment basis in a non judgmental way. Don’t think that the time is over and you could not do . always think that the time is now. Just do it. Understand and take decisions clearly or clarity.

, controlling mind. Mind and brain are different. Brain part of our body but
mind is invisible thing. The way use mind, the way we guide our mind is called
mind management. If you can manage your mind you will get success what ever you
do. Either it is professional or non professional you will get success. We cant
control our mind it is always running . our mind is always working. So we have
to control our thoughts.

➤Relaxation
technique.... sit in a pleasant place, keep
your mind cool , stop thinking about anything and do self talking. Relax your
whole body. no thoughts, no tension say to yourself all these. relax at least 1
minute a day. Your mind becomes fresh.
➤Number technique count the numbers in a decreasing order from 100 to 1. While counting take long breath, stop your breath and leave your breath. Before every number take long breath and slow down.. after this your mind become fresh.
➤Mediation... Do meditation every day . your mind
relax and you can get rid of tension. You
can improve concentration. Mind management is like putting dame for the water
to flow in a correct direction and use it in a right way. Before doing any work
you have to think that you are doing this work and you want success with full
concentration.

We get many thought in our mind almost 95% thoughts are useless thoughts. If we can control our thoughts if we focus our memory , our carrier, and what is needed for us , what is important to us. , what is useful to us at this time.
