Attitude is some thing that can break you or make
you. Attitude is behaving in a particular manner , in
a persistent manner . why a particular person behaves in a particular manner in
situations. all does not behave in the same manner.
It depends on person to person. How they the
situation. How they handle the situation. Most importantly , depends on
the attitude of the person. So, depending upon the attitude of the person the
person takes the situations. reacts to the situations.
Attitude can be defined as a persistent tendency to feel and behave in a particular way towards some objects , which may include individuals or events as well. So, we can say that attitude is an evaluative statement or judgment concerning objects , people or events. In a simple words , attitude may be referred as a manner showing your feelings thoughts. Persons positive or negative feelings about something.
How do we actually evaluate different
situations. And how do we respond.
The nature of Attitudes are ,first is persistent . that is persist unless something is done to change it. Second is attitude. Attitude can fall anywhere from very favorable to very unfavorable state. Third is attitudes are directed towards some objects about which a person has feelings and beliefs. when we are referring to attitude there is always some person . that means we are responding to person.
The various components of attitude are. Cognitive
components refer to opinion part of attitude. When you form your opinion on the
basis of available information and decide whether you have favorable or
unfavorable opinion on that don’t form openion on anything listening to others
and follow it. , we are in fact talking about cognitive part of your attitude. Co native component is to emotional part of attitude . this is the most referred
part of attitude and decides mostly the desirable or undesirable aspect of
attitude.
Effective component refers to the behavioral part of the attitude. It
is if we like some fruits or vegetables or anything .we buy based on the
emotional feeling you like or dislike things or people.
Even if some person is
good but you still you don’t like him or her. Values and beliefs are outcome of
influences which you draw from the people you interact or the circumstances you
live in. we all know before also we have discussed.
there are two types of attitudes
personality is you and attitude depends on others. a positive attitude gives you power over your circumstances instead of your circumstances having power on you.
A positive attitude can make your
dreams come true. adapting a positive attitude can convert a
negative stress in to a positive one.
Positive attitude in positive attitude life is easier, there are
minimum number of effect of failures and problems. Success comes more quickly
if you have positive attitude. Your health will be good.
But in negative attitude life becomes
difficult. there are many failures than successes. You will face health problems also. So we need to have control
on our beaver. We are not allowing our self to be effected by the situations.

attitude will take the things in a positive way. Don’t behave irrationally .
your correct action solve the problem. It will help you to success.

adjustment function. Our attitude helps us to adjust in the situations. If you have positive attitude.
Second is ego function is that we can retain the self respect if we know how to
Handel attitude.
Attitude helps people to retain their dignity and self image.
The value of expressive function is the attitude provides individuals with a
basis for expressing their values.
The knowledge function is the attitude
provide standards and frames of reference . if understand the other person how
knowledgeable you will respect the other person .you can change your attitude
by providing new information to you.
By providing accurate information. Scanty
and incomplete information can be major reason for brewing negative attitude.
People might resort to change their attitude for the fear of
unpleasant consequences. Pointing out the positive points in favor of the
chosen course of action might dissolve our dilemma.
Their opinion and
recommendation for something often proves to be more important.
The barriers of changing attitude are prior commitment . this is when people feel
a commitment towards a particular action that have already been agreed upon and
thus it becomes difficult for you to change or accept new way.
Other is insufficient information for various
aspects. also acts as a major
barrier to change attitude. Finally one thing that don’t allow yourself to
influence to other people who are negative attitude. avoid negative working
environment.

negative words, don’t focus on past failures.
