Do you have the skill to make others listen to you. the human voice is the most powerful sound in the world. How can we speak powerfully. When someone speaks we like to listen and listen and listen. There are some people whom we don’t like to listen not even half hour . why is it so. Do you want to be the one whom others want to listen . yes, of course every do.I will tell you few habits to change. They might be small to you but actually are pretty large.
Judging its very hard listen to someone who continuously judge. Judging a person does not define who they are it defines who you are. So don’t judge.
negativity. Is hard to listen when someone is soo  negative. Don’t say negative things.
complaining on others . its too bad to always complain on others.
Excuses are very bad , someone just blame on others . thes just pass it on everybody else other then themselves. They are not responsible.
Lying is soo very hard to listen tell what you know ..
Penultimate, extortion. It is language some times not pleasant to here.
dogmatism confusion of facts with the opinions. Its difficult to listen.

We must be honest , be true  , clear and straight
Authenticity is just being yourself. Genuinenessrealnesstruthfulnessvalidity.
Integrity to be your words and love is wishing others well.
There are some others things which will increase the power of speaking.
Register in between which type of volume  Locate your voice at your chest. you speak.eg, We talk to the officials , politicians in a lower voice. Timbre is the way your voice feels. Eg, voice which are cool , smooth , sweet, rich. train your voice. Do some exercise.
Prosody is to Avoid monotone, a statement sounds like a question and repeat a statement.
Speak slowly and be clear what you want to tell. Don’t rush up don’t run. dont Get excited by saying something really quickly; Slow down to emphasize; Silent. Take your time. Getting your words out as fast as you can might feel more comfortable, but it’s entirely self-defeating if people can’t catch what you say. Take a nice deep breath, enjoy emphasising certain words, and give yourself enough space to be heard.
You need to be careful about your pitch. Your should be pleasing. It should not be high. Your pitch shows you are arrogant or soft nature person. Eg, when you go to home you ask your mother with high pitch give me food, or you ask your mother mom give me food.in a low pitch. How is it did you find any difference. definitely there is a difference in these two conservations.
Emphasise. People who speak with impact emphasise strongly, much more than you might be aware of. Emphasising the words that matter most helps other people make sense of what you say. As an example, if you say, ‘the cat sat on the mat’, make ‘cat’ and ‘mat’ stronger than ‘on’ or ‘the’.

If we are creation sound consciously and consuming sound consciously and designing our environment consciously for sound. That will be beautiful. Making others listen to what you say is an art of impressing people. It is a great skill.

Communicate your thoughts and the facts quickly and concisely and anyone will understand 
Not true. Facts and statistics may tell a story, but if you truly want to effect change and influence the way your audience thinks and feels, you will have to go beyond straightforward communications. 
The key to really getting people to listen and act: Touch them on an emotional level. You can gain that command by the way you carry yourself, before you even open your mouth. The body speaks before the mouth is open. Avoid rocking, looking down, and fidgeting. Stand and walk with confidence. 

the powerful beginning will stick with your audience, creating the impact you're looking for. Always give the audience verbal cues to look up at you. You need enough self-confidence to command the respect of others, but that needs to be counter-balanced with knowing that there is much you simply don't know. finally Why is this important? Because paying full attention to someone is a way of showing respect, that we get respect when we give respect.
Add that to the list of reasons that conscientiousness predicts success.
speak in the way that others like to listen and  listen in the way that others like to speak. dont make your voice to make others listen to you . make your stuff better and your voice pleasing to hear.
