Communication skills is a challenging task for students and those opting for any job. Lets discuss few things Now a days Communication skills is must for all. How many of you have suffered with communication skills. Even if you have good knowledge in your subject but still you are facing problem to speak, you have lack of confidence , lack of thoughts , stage fear ,over excitement makes you nerves. We talk freely with friends and family members in our regional language. You don’t even try to speak to the people who speak other language .make new friends try to speak in the language which you are not comfortable. Take imitative. Ultimatively you will successful in it. communication is a series of lot of things. lack of  Listening is a barrier. Listening skills. First learn to listen to the person what he or she is speaking carefully , understand the question and reply to it. Some people don’t even allow others to complete what they say, they just rush up and start off. Be alert an the same time keep your mind open to listen and understand.1. Listen  2. think 3. Answer. Lot of people have have knowledge but if you don’t have effective communication skills. Not all companies groom communication skills. Learn to speak what to speak and when to speak. The words you choose is very important. You remember cinema dialogs and say when ever anyone ask. That’s because you take it willingly. You enjoy listening to them and saying them . that’s the point. Any time any where you should be prepared to present yourself in a right way. How many of you have already faced interview. How lucky you are. You got a chance. Many of you have face problem in communicating with interviewers . if you have an opportunity make it best, don’t thing of next. Othere thing is para verbal . Some times when you go to interview you will become blank , you don’t know what to do. we know what we speak but it is very important what you want and what you are mentioning , what you stress on. Work on word stress. Eg= I dint say stupid , I dint say you are stupid , it is very important to stress on what you say.stress on words make a difference.  Other thing is non verbal communication. Don’t be lasy. Be expressive. if you don’t give gestures why will the intervier listen to you. Here is a question  what makes good communication.  Yes here 1. Clarity  2. Adequacy  3. Timing   4. Tips to Good Communication
1.Maintain eye contact with the interior. If you give a proper eye contact to the opposite person you get lot of confidence. initially stages it will be hard but once you do it your confidence increases.

Communication skills improves only if you  put it in practice. If you talk in English more and more even if you make mistakes do it , go for it don’t stop talking in English and take feedbacks from the one who is good at communication.
