positive thinking is a mental attitude in which we expect good results positive thinking is creating thoughts that create and transform energy into reality. positive mind wants happy ending in all situations. positive attitude helps us to cope daily affairs of life easily. it optimism our life and make us easy to avoid worries and negative thinking. there are health benefits of positive thinking it better cardiovascular health and reduces risk of death from cardiovascular diseases.positive thinking sounds simple nut not easy. our life is made of habits. there is a saying that WE ARE WHAT WE THINK. it is important to think positively in every situation. if we make positive thinking our habitual way of seeing life , we can handle situations in a better way. positive attitude will boost our motivation and we will start to achive our goals quicker and easier. to have strong self motivation is same as to have wings.with the new day comes new strength and new thoughts.thoughts become things so choose good ones. we can create a positive attitude .it takes a little time and effort to create the habit of a positive attitude , if it is not something you are accustomed to doing. one way is to catch yourself when you are having a negative thought and form a new positive script in response.we can convert bad stress into good stress through our thoughts. instead of feeling stressed out . turn the situation into exciting opportunity for growth and achievement. learning the power of the positive attitude can make our life more manageable and fulfilled.
positive thinking increases the rate of success. what we think about ourself  and our abilities and financial gain / losses and our assessment of of our ability to succeed becomes what we might achive.to be successful choose thoughts wisely and deliberately. when our attitude is unproductive and we need to shift from a negative thought pattern , draw upon our inner coach reprogram fearful and defeatist thinking toward thoughts charge with power and self motivate yourself focus on your ability to meet your goal. learn to coach yourself into a positive state of mind.think of your attitude with this equation energy is equal to motion, attitude determine movement forward or back.to be successful understand two things you have control over your thoughts and feelings.if you are naturally more pessimistic take responsibility for consciously selecting your attitude. exude positivity in your work ethic and in your interactions with people working with you when you master your inner world you can dominate your outer world. attitude is everything .if you believe you can succeed. the negative attitude come from thinking negative thoughts over and over until they become part of your subconscious and personality. they become habitual. we may not even realize we have a negative attitude because its been with us for so long. once we have a bad attitude we expect failure and disaster and that expectation turns us into a magnet for failure and disaster. lets not talk about negative thinking as of now will go with positive thinking .REPLACE EVERY NEGATIVE THOUGHT WITH POSITIVE THOUGHTS
