public speaking

 Before starting , i would like to ask a question.  how many of you can listen and talk.so, you can listen and speak . you are a very Good public speaker. learn to talk in formal environment i.e at your work place.

public speaking is nothing but speaking to public. talking to friends is also public speaking. but suddenly you get nerves when you talk to your officials. you have to deal yourself before you deal with ordains. just implement few skills when you talk at your work place or with audience.  say to your self you can do it. take step forward to speak well with confidence. to learn some thing you have to be friendly to yourself .it motivates you. self talking is important to improve communication. where from the confidence come. do you have right hand raise it, do you have head point it , do you have a heart show it , do you have confidence show it , how will you show it. confidence is nothing but your action. show it .if you have a failure,  dont think how it happened , why it happened always . dont get dragged back with those thoughts.look forward dont look back or past . this is the step forward. push yourself . you cant ask others to push you forward. till when. the failures which happened , the ditch which happened just had herald. keepon thinking you cant go forward.you cant go forward to your best future with all past. think of your bright future. increase the velocity.  just say to yourself .i know i can do. let free yourself from all conversations others . help yourself. when you stand i am speaker, when you sit you are audiance. as a speaker you expect audience to listen to you. get attention of audience. how to get attention. attention is not always entertaining. speak interestingly. that is the biggest challenge of every speaker to get the attention. attention is delivering what audience want to here .its not always what i want to say. what matters to audience. unemployed and youth who are looking for job need communication and good at public speaking. planning is important. know how to execute plan. for example is school days we have plan to study . Rehearsing  or practice is important to execute plan. practice is very important in every aspect. your speach something very impactfull. people may forget you and your name  but not your speach. some times planning does not work. what to do.whats next. take is as a challenge to speak. Delver your speach in different way .be confident. we have to see what they think , what they do.what they see. do not keep more  paragraph on visualization. audience keep complete focus on it so keep it simple. dont read out.your Speaking id different and reading is different. learn difference. next id dressing sense. it should be casual. wear a dress you are comfortable and others feel comfortable. if you want to grab attention you dress sense is also very important. stand before a mirror do all actin drama you can do . if possible record in phone check it . you  yourself will know what mistakes you are commotion . retry it improve revive . work on your feedback's. speak politely in a public place. and one most important thing is your smile. it makes your 50% of your work success. it is a parameter to someone how confident are you. only a smile not giggle. smile makes a difference. if you are not smiling you are not completely dressed.public speaking is a Art.when you are public speaking then you are in a spot light. dont fear of performing. feel lucky that you got a chance to present yourself..
